What is a City Buildathon?
The City Buildathon is our local, chapter-led format — a 2-5 day intensive sprint where builders from across a single city come together to solve a local problem, build a product, or experiment with a new technology.
Who can participate?
Anyone in the city. Beginner or advanced. Technical or non-technical. If you want to build something, you belong here.
What you get
- A squad of 4-6 builders + a dedicated mentor
- Tools, workspace, and structured daily sprints
- Demo Day at the end to present your project
- Recognition in the NextGen community
