Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NextGen AI & Robotics Builders Community website, platform, programmes, and events operated by Stravana Group ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering for an event, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or that you have parental or guardian consent if younger) and that you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Community Membership
Community membership is free. You may register for an account using an email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Permitted Use
You may use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
- Post or transmit content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of our Code of Conduct
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform or systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from our platform without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use our platform to send unsolicited commercial communications
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
4. Courses and Programmes
Foundational courses are provided free of charge to registered community members. Advanced cohorts, specialist bootcamps, and Build Labs sprints carry a one-time programme fee, which is displayed at the point of enrolment.
Corporate training programmes are provided under separate agreements between us and the purchasing organisation. Terms specific to corporate programmes are set out in the relevant agreement.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome from participation in our courses, programmes, or events. Results depend on the effort, commitment, and circumstances of each individual participant.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on our website, platform, and in our courses — including text, images, videos, course materials, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Stravana Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission, except as permitted under applicable fair use or fair dealing provisions.
Content you create and publish as a community member — including project descriptions and community posts — remains your property. By posting on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our platform and in our community materials.
6. Events and Challenges
By registering for an event, challenge, or Buildathon, you agree to the specific terms for that event, which may include attendance requirements, code of conduct provisions, intellectual property arrangements for work produced during the event, and eligibility criteria.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In the event of cancellation, paid participants will receive a refund or credit at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stravana Group and its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stravana Group and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
